Shuumatsu no Valkyrie Lore: Qin Shi Huang Martial Art, Chi You Tehcnique

Qin Shi Huang is one of the 13 Humans who represent humanity in determining the destiny of all mankind in the Shuumatsu no Valkyrie anime.

He represented in the 7th round facing the god of the underworld, Hades. The battle was fierce, but Qin Shi Huang managed to win it.

Qin Shi Huang, whose real name is Ying Zheng, was the founder of the Qin Dynasty and the first Emperor to unify China, widely regarded as the greatest emperor in all of Chinese history, though sometimes seen as a cruel tyrant.

Qin was also referred to as the "King Where Everything Begins" and "King of Humans" during his battle against Hades in the seventh round. Physically he could be said to be a monster because he was able to defeat the Demon God, Chiyou – before fighting in the Ragnarok arena, and using the Valkryie weapon.

Since the start of the seventh round, we can see that Qin is able to fight on par and defeat the King of Hell, Hades. Even though Hades is a very powerful god who is able to defeat the Titans alone.

In addition to having a super physique, Qin can see the flow of Qi within the bodies of living beings. He saw the enemy's Qi as the path of the constellations which if attacked at this point would interfere with the opponent's Qi, thus weakening their technique.

For his own fighting style, Huang uses a martial art created by himself and named Chi You, after mastering it against the Demon God, Chiyou. Techniques consist of five different fighting styles and are considered the best martial arts.

Qin Shi Huang named each of the five fighting styles based on the five tools of war believed to have been invented by Chiyou: Crossbow, Sword, Halberd (Spear/Royal Sword), Spear and Armor.

Chi You – Armor (Heavenly Hand of Defense)

The armor form focuses on preventing attacks and absorbing its power energy. After taking the attack power into his body, Qin Shi Huang was able to direct it back at his opponent.

Chi You – Spear (Mount Tai Dragon Claw)

An attack on the opponent's body in a piercing style using the zhijiatao in his right or left hand. This attack is strong enough to injure Hades' body.

Chi You – Crossbow (Tortoise Ripple)

Qin Shi Huang shot an invisible air bullet from his mouth to hit one of the enemy's Qi points. When the air bullets made contact, the target's technique flow became chaotic.

Even the strong techniques turned extremely weak. This ability is also used to destabilize the enemy's defenses, so that Qin's attacks are more painful.

Chi You – Halberd (White Tiger Crescent Moon)

Qin Shi Huang raised his right leg and started swinging his kick in a crescent arc. This kick was so powerful that it sent Hades back and tore the skin of his left arm.

Chi You – Sword

Unlike the other techniques, Chi You Sword did use the real sword manifested from the 10th Valkryie, Alvitr. This sword technique is much more efficient when combined with the Chi You Crossbow technique, this was proven by Qin when he crushed Hades' spear.
